Paris Paradies

Ex-opera star Giovanna (Monica Bellucci) is beside herself: she has been falsely declared dead and the tributes from the press are slow in coming. Meanwhile, stuntman Mike (Ben Aldridge) challenges death every day and pensioner Dolores (Rossy de Palma) doesn't care if smoking is fatal. On her granddaughter's 15th birthday, she makes a pact with God. And when Marie-Cerise (Charline Emane), a depressive teenager, is kidnapped, she quite naturally turns her kidnapper into her therapist. Presenter Edouard (André Dussollier) has been hosting a famous TV crime programme for years, but when he is reminded of his own mortality, he is overwhelmed. And so everyone has to find their own way of dealing with the subject of death.
