Nostalgia

NOSTALGIA is the Italian entry for the Oscar® 2023 and screened in competition at Cannes. The film is equally a portrait of a gentle man with a burdened past who falls victim to an overpowering nostalgia, as well as a sensitive picture of Naples with all its romantic, but also ugly and brutal corners. The book of the same name for the film by Ermanno Rea was published by Marix Verlag in 2022. (Polyfilm)
