Next to Nothing

In a village, farmers protest in front of the house of a politician who has broken his promise. When a body is discovered there, suspicion falls on Jarek, the leader of the protest - even though he was friends with the dead man. Determined, Jarek begins to investigate himself. But the deeper he digs, the more he becomes entangled in a web of lies and political intrigue. Grzegorz Debowski's debut film is an intense social drama about responsibility, betrayal and the search for truth - awarded the Polish Film Prize 2023, among others.
