At the age of 19, Mutlu Kaya, an aspiring Kurdish singer, is on the brink of reaching the finals of "Turkey's Got Talent." However, she is shot by a man, whose motive was her rejection of his marriage proposal. She barely survives and, after weeks in a coma, takes her first cautious steps back into life, supported by her beloved sister, Dilek. But five years later, a phone call hits Mutlu harder than anything before: her sister Dilek has been murdered by her fiancé. Mutlu now fights not only for her own recovery but also for justice for her sister and against the normalization of violence against women.
