Following the success of PETTERSSON AND FINDUS and NEWS FROM PETTERSSON AND FINDUS, this is now the third film adaptation of Sven Nordqvist's classic children's book.
This time, Pettersson promises his cat Findus that Father Christmas will bring Findus his presents on Christmas Eve. To keep his promise, even though he doesn't believe in Father Christmas himself, Pettersson builds a Father Christmas machine for Findus. But when he pulls the trigger on his contraption on Christmas Eve, something unexpected and magical happens.
