Master Cheng in Pohjanjoki

In search of an old Finnish friend he once met in Shanghai, Chinese chef Cheng travels with his young son to a remote village in Lapland. On arrival, nobody in the village seems to know his friend, but the local café owner Sirkka offers him a place to stay. In return, Cheng helps her in the kitchen and soon the locals are surprised by the delicacies of Chinese cuisine. Despite the cultural differences, Cheng finds acceptance and new friends among the Finns. When his tourist visa expires, the villagers devise a plan to help him stay...
