Maestro

The 28-year-old young composer Leonard Bernstein meets Felicia Montealegre at a party. The graceful and interesting woman enchants his life from then on. Their affection for each other grows month by month, but Bernstein is actually carrying a deep secret around with him. It is only after they get married that Felicia realises that her husband is homosexual and secretly lives out his desires. In order not to burden her husband, who is now regarded as one of the greatest composers and conductors of all time, or their three children, she keeps the secret to herself. However, the lonely nights and her husband's immersion in music demand everything from her. Their relationship, in which both of them soon have extramarital affairs, is put to the test time and again until Felicia, and Leonard too, gradually fall apart.
