IOWA - A trip to America

In 2022, Stefanie Sargnagel traveled to Iowa to teach a creative writing course at a small college in the middle of the American heartland, accompanied by singer Christiane Rösinger. On this evening, they read scenically from their shared experiences in the Midwest and reflect on their existence as feminist icons of different generations. They constantly contradict each other, have completely different opinions, but always come together again in the songs they sing together. The result is a humorous reading show with melancholy chansons about life on the prairie.
