The opening evening of the 11th edition of Female Tracks brings together the exchange on international feminisms and struggles with emotions that accompany us every day.

The festival is organising a discussion with co-editor and author of ‘Global Female Future’ Andreea Zelinka as well as a reading from the thematically diverse book. The authors address current issues and challenges worldwide and reflect on the last 40 years of feminist struggles.

Afterwards, Sophie Lindinger, also known as the guitarist, singer, songwriter and bassist of My Ugly Clementine and Leyya, will perform her solo songs. With her album Sophie Lindinger and her singles Animal and 15 Years, the artist creates an intimate atmosphere, an emotional diary that touchingly captures the beautiful and painful sides of life in music and words.
