Four women from North and South Tyrol speak openly for the first time about the sexual abuse they have experienced - in sport, in the church, in their family or at work. In the film, they break their long-standing silence. They talk about shame, fear, speechlessness, perpetrators from their close environment, threats, ignorance and the arduous process of learning to talk about it - with therapists, friends and partners. They talk about the feeling of still being “dirty” even years later, about repressed memories and the attempt to regain trust.
