Two groundbreaking contemporary documents, made for Austrian television (under the direction of Peter Huemer), which document the realities of young people's lives in the early 1970s and tell of family, professional and hierarchical relationships. While Patzak looks into the country in the style of direct cinema, Dornhelm's reportage deals with the “problems of young people in large housing estates” on the outskirts of Vienna.
