Karin has lovingly prepared everything for her 40th wedding anniversary with Sten to celebrate with friends. But on this very day, Karin finds out that her husband is cheating on her. She is devastated! She has spent almost her entire life doing everything for her little family - and now this. When Karin bumps into her old school friend Monika by chance, her everyday life is given a new lease of life: they sign up for a cooking course with the famous Henrik Moliner. The “Tuesday Club” is born: every Tuesday evening, the women immerse themselves in a world full of beguiling smells, enchanting spices and exotic dishes. Amidst these delicious culinary delights, new friendships and a fascinating chef, Karin rediscovers her long-forgotten passion and begins to make new plans.
