Hunt for the Wilderpeople

After being passed around numerous foster families, rebellious and defiant problem child Ricky gets the chance to make a fresh start in the countryside. With loving Bella, grumpy outlaw Hec and dog Tupac, the city boy feels at home for the first time in his life and gains self-confidence. But when tragedy strikes his new family one day, which would mean yet another move and a new foster family for Ricky, he flees with Hec from the authorities into the New Zealand wilderness. While the unlikely pair stumble from one chaotic situation to the next in the bush, a large-scale search operation is launched to rescue the two supposedly helpless missing persons.
