Hors d’Haleine

Emma is taken away in the middle of the night—covered in bruises and unexpectedly pregnant. She finds refuge in a women’s shelter, where she begins to rediscover lost parts of herself. Among the women and children in the facility, individual traumas intertwine. Despite all their differences, a sensitive sisterhood begins to form.
