In the Zelovic family's home videos, it becomes clear how the Yugoslavian war and the disintegration of society affected their everyday lives. Lidija Zelovic accompanies the family's experiences as war refugees in the Netherlands and her son's growing up in his new homeland with her camera right up to the present day. Right-wing populism and racist tensions once again lead to a division in society and deny her and her family a sense of belonging.
