Here to Stay

Vienna is often described as the world capital of “wall racism.” Thousands of building facades bear openly racist and violence-glorifying graffiti. The film sets out to identify those responsible and to disrupt the collective tendency to look away. It highlights the struggles of Vienna’s Black community against racist stereotypes and documents their commitment to creating positive counter-narratives. Because they, too, are Vienna — and they are here to stay.
