The film is a morality tale of passed-on incompetence, a series, nothing is told to the end. The document presented in the film comes from a demimonde, what we see is the economy in Europe; what we hear is a snap. The formal use: image and word miss each other. The film fades away. Its experienceability itself is its argument. The disappearance in history is the process by which the rulers prolong their victory.
