Instead of doing something meaningful with themselves and their lives, Mike and Susanne eke out a dreary existence as would-be criminals. A frozen goose filled with jewellery is the prelude to a scavenger hunt that leads them from one absurd situation to the next and all the way to Lake Wörthersee ... Actually nothing more than a string of infantile jokes, this variation on Ilf and Petrow's oft-filmed satire Zwölf Stühle (Twelve Chairs) unfolds an almost sublime character as if by magic, which even the deepest humour can't touch. An absolute Lisa favourite film!
