Frost/Nixon

The "duel" between Nixon and Frost made television history in 1977. Former President Richard Nixon had resigned after the Watergate scandal. Despite his abuse of office, he was granted immunity and neither commented nor apologized. British journalist David Frost interviewed Nixon in a series of three interviews about the latest developments surrounding the scandal. While Nixon and his advisor Jack Brennan aimed to use these interviews to Nixon's advantage, the final interview took a dramatic turn, and Nixon was ultimately forced to face Frost's questions head-on.
