Fantasma D’Amore
For once, Nino takes the bus to the office and happens to see his former fiancée Anna again. On the outside, her former beauty has faded, but Nino immediately remembers the happiness they shared in the past and tries to get in touch with her again - which turns out to be a difficult endeavour, as Anna has supposedly been dead for several years. He embarks on a journey through foggy Pavia, where they meet and lose each other again and the boundaries between reality and obsession become increasingly blurred ... Dino Risi, who actually specialises in light-footed comedies, serves up a philosophical-fantastic story full of ruptures and surprises, with two actors of the century in the middle of it all in their only collaboration.
