Echoes Of Authority

Echoes Of Authority focuses on pivotal societal changes brought about by political or social upheaval. A city’s streets are named after poets, but war changes the city, its society, its street names. The inhabitants of a poor neighborhood of Lisbon face the constant threat of police brutality. Strange occurrences disturb a natural idyll and raise questions about the future of technology and ethics. Since the outbreak of war, many people in Ukraine dream about Vladimir Putin, offering glimpses of their fears and hopes. (mm)
