As the owner of a small bookshop, Kathleen has a crystal-clear enemy: Joe Fox, the heir to the large Fox bookshop chain, whose latest branch threatens to drive her into bankruptcy. She finds solace on the Internet, with her anonymous chat partner, whom she only knows by the abbreviation NY152. What Kathleen doesn't realise is that NY152 is none other than - Joe Fox!
