Die Verwundbaren

Leo Tichat's only feature film about a clique of young adults, flaneurs by day, party animals by night. Carefree, or so it seems at first glance, and yet driven by fear of their own inadequacy. Vienna is more than just a backdrop here. Although for decades Tichat's work was only seen in the cinema in a distorted version, domestic cinema has rarely come close to the great role models of Godard and Truffaut as it does here.
