Die Saat des heiligen Feigenbaums

Just after Iman (Missagh Zareh) is promoted to investigating judge at the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, a wave of protests breaks out across the country after a young woman is killed. And as the demonstrations intensify, Iman has to make a decision. When he chooses to side with the increasingly harsh regime, he upsets the balance of his family. His daughters Rezvan (Mahsa Rostami) and Sana (Setareh Maleki) are on the side of the resistance and his wife is desperately trying to keep the family together. When his service weapon finally disappears, the devout father suspects his family.
