Ophir, the city of the past
An exploratory journey takes Maud Gregaards to the legendary city of Ophir, where she falls into the clutches of the high priest. The fifth instalment of the successful series, based on the film novel Die Herrin der Welt (The Mistress of the World) by Viennese author Karl Figdor, was one of the most expensive film productions ever made in Germany: Over 30,000 people were involved in the filming, which took almost a year.
