It offers suspense and colonialist clichés, plus highly comical entanglements involving Karl Huszár-Puffy and Senta Söneland. THE ADVENTURER FROM TUNIS is Ellen Richter's first sound film. At last we hear her voice: an unmistakable Viennese accent, casual, unruffled.
