INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM COMPETITION + AWARD CEREMONY

DRRRRUMROOOLLLL for the glorious nine! Nine short films that made it out of more than 700 submissions from around the world and into the Olympus of this year’s DIAMETRALE short film competition. Hand-picked, shaken, and well-stirred, we once again serve up a program for the cinephile audience that’s as unpredictable as a box of moving-image chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get. Eyes open and dive in!

After the screening, the jury will award the Jury Prize “The Golden Frame” – endowed with €1,500 in prize money from the State of Tyrol – to the most impressive film. For the second time, there will also be an audience vote. That means you can award the Audience Prize “Pickled Pears”, sponsored by the Nonseum Museum – with €500 in prize money from the City of Innsbruck.
