Sophie (Julia Koschitz) is an ambitious career woman who wants to breathe new life into her life and her relationship, while her partner Paul (Florian David Fitz) prefers to enjoy a relaxed family life with his beloved Thermomix. However, they both agree that their relationship needs a breath of fresh air. The solution? A ‘foursome’ to revitalise their dormant love life. But what sounds exciting in theory goes anything but according to plan in practice. As they prepare for their date with Mia (Lucía Barrado) and Lukas (Friedrich Mücke), Sophie and Paul quickly reach their own limits. Old conflicts break out, misunderstandings pile up and the perfect night turns into complete chaos. Tempers boil over in the bar and at home the couple ask themselves whether not only their night but also their relationship is based on misconceptions.
