Der junge Freud

This approach begins with glimpses from a moving train, on which Freud emigrates from Vienna to England with his household at the age of 82, and subsequently focuses - just like Huston's film - on his beginnings in researching the human psyche. Interwoven into the plot are short conversations in which the young Freud, equipped with the old man's knowledge, provides information on various stages of his life. (Florian Widegger)
