Charade

Regina Lampert (Audrey Hepburn) is in the middle of divorce proceedings when her husband is murdered. Shortly before his death, he appears to have converted all his savings into cash. However, the fortune, which is said to have come from a gold theft during World War II, has disappeared without a trace. Peter Joshua (Cary Grant) is very interested in the money and pretends to be a helper to Regina, who is now being threatened by strangers. But his story quickly becomes full of holes, leaving Regina unsure of whom she can trust in this murky affair.
