When Saúl Armendáriz begins competing in the macho world of Mexican Lucha Libre wrestling, he is always cast as the midget. When he meets Sabrina (Roberta Colindrez), Saúl not only gets a professional trainer, but also a friend who helps him develop a new character in the ring. Together they debut 'Cassandro', a radical subversion of the stereotypical Lucha Libre role known as Exótico. Flamboyant and powerful, Cassandro turns lucha on its head.
