Meidling wild hamsters with X-ray eyes, a zombie soldier on the donation phone, a grandiose song contest performance, at the centre a talk show against the heteronormative TV mainstream with interviews and workplace portraits of the two guests Em Gruber (Monitoring Committee for People with Disabilities) and Iris Kopera (Self-advocacy Centre for People with Learning Difficulties); Interspersed with quotes interpreted in sign language by the late artist-author Ianina Ilitcheva, which give C-TV a kind of chapter structure - the whole thing is framed by newsroom reports on mysterious seismographic shocks in society.
