A street in the center of Warsaw serves as the starting point for this humorous yet deeply personal portrait of Poland. Filmmaker Arjun Talwar migrated from India to Poland more than ten years ago — yet to this day, he does not quite feel at home. Ulica Wilcza, the street where he lives, is anything but a place of easy belonging.
In an effort to advance his integration and confront his own sense of foreignness, Arjun begins filming his neighbors and deliberately testing his relationships with them. Gradually, a picture of modern Europe unfolds: a kaleidoscope of contradictions, longings, and anxieties.
