Bilderbuchkino: “Petterson und Findus. Pettersson kriegt Weihnachtsbesuch”
Christmas is just around the corner, but the anticipation of old Pettersson and his cat Findus is abruptly dampened. Just as they begin to get into the festive spirit, Pettersson sprains his foot in the forest. With an injured foot, things look bleak: how are they supposed to get a Christmas tree now, let alone prepare the traditional Christmas treats like dried fish, meatballs, and gingerbread?
What first seems like a disappointing turn of events soon transforms into something wonderful. One by one, the neighbors stop by to help Pettersson and Findus. Each brings something — whether a part of the festive meal or a contribution to the Christmas atmosphere. And so the house fills with warmth, community, and the true joy of Christmas.
