Back to the Fatherland

Gil, the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, and Kat, the granddaughter of a Nazi officer, have been friends for many years. They meet two young Israelis who, like many of their generation, have left their homeland and are building a new life for themselves in Germany and Austria of all places. Their decision is met with incomprehension: how is it possible to build a future without ignoring the past?
