It is the year 50 B.C. The Empress of China is in prison after a coup d'état

captivity. With the help of a Phoenician merchant and her devoted bodyguard, Princess Sass-Yin, the empress's only daughter, escapes to Gaul to enlist the support of the heroic warriors Asterix (Guillaume Canet) and Obelix (Gilles Lellouche), who have superhuman strength thanks to the magic potion.
The two inseparable heroes are happy to help the princess rescue her mother and free her country.
And so begins a long journey and a great
adventure on the way to China.
