The year is 2025, and the street kids that Khavn repeatedly shows on his excursions into the slums of Manila are now completely feral. They terrorise the ghetto until their leader ends up in prison after a botched bank robbery. Thirty years later, he is released and finds himself at the centre of a brutal murder plot. Khavn: "The official anti-sequel to MONDOMANILA. According to the German film censors, the most offensive part is Bulldog's red-and-white-spotted mushroom penis from Mondotokyo.
