And Then There Were None (1974)
Almost 30 years after René Clair, the enterprising producer Harry Alan Towers ventured to make a remake as a major international production. Although the project fails in the hands of Peter Collinson, a veteran of genre films, its mixture of 1970s glamour and morbid humour is still worth a look. In addition to its many faces, the setting is particularly fascinating: a hotel in the Iranian desert!
