The teenager Rasmané works with his peers in mines from morning to night. Without protective clothing and under the most precarious conditions, they work until exhaustion 100 meters underground in order to get their longed-for gold. Nobody cares that they are minors. They remain dependent on themselves if they want to be paid for their work. We get a precise impression of how the mine works, how the work is organized, day by day, and what constant risks are involved. The film was shot in a gold mine in the south of Burkina Faso.
