Young mountaineers talk about their expeditions: MINUS 103 DEGREES shows Jost Kobusch's winter ascent of Denali in February 2023 – alone, mostly in the polar night. The protagonists of NORTHAWAY are even younger: Hanna and Hannah cross Europe's largest mainland glacier with minimalist equipment. What follows is an adventure full of storms, whiteouts and endless expanses in Norway. The experimental ski film GOLD approaches the mountain from a different perspective. It was shot exclusively during the golden hour – arguably the most beautiful but also the most fleeting time of day.

Matthias Haunholder is no longer young. In LA CIMOTA, he asks himself a few essential questions: about freeskiing life and what remains of it. Roger Schäli and Simon Gietl could also ask themselves this question. In MERU, they climb the south-east face of the 6,660-metre-high Mount Meru in India – awarded the Jury Prize at the St. Anton Film Festival: ‘The film doesn't need any artificial suspense, the project is story enough.’
