What a fantastic animal! Photographer Laurent Geslin has spent nine years observing the lynxes of his homeland. He spent dozens of nights in the wild, following tracks, smelling markings, imagining the lynx roaming around, only to expect the improbable: to see it, to film it - and how he succeeded in doing so in LYNX! A unique film about a lynx family in the Swiss Jura, an exciting nature film without humanisation, without slow motion, without trained animals jumping over cameras or sniffing trouser legs, simply authentic images from the wild.

We follow the male, the female and her young and discover their universe. The life of the animals follows the rhythm of the seasons, with the birth of their young, the learning of hunting techniques, the conquest of a territory, but also the dangers that lie in wait for them. Chamois, peregrine falcons, foxes and stoats become witnesses to the hidden life of Europe's largest wild cat, which is not only beautiful to look at, but also an indispensable predator for the balance of the forest.
