Dalmatian lady Perdita and male dog Pongo are the happy parents of 15 adorable Dalmatian puppies and live well looked after by their masters Roger and Anita. When Anita's old friend Cruella De Vil turns up and wants to buy the cute puppies for her new dog coat, the vicious lady is promptly shown the door by the two dog owners. But it's not that easy to get rid of a De Vil, so she immediately hires two crooks to steal the puppies...
